- Document the two-day celebration in Santa Ponsa, from the Welcome Event on 4 June through the Wedding Day on 5 June, capturing the couple’s journey with footage intended both as a timeless keepsake for the couple and as a story to share with family and friends
- Deliver a visual narrative that reflects Olivia & Alberto’s world: authentic emotion, refined elegance, and the intimate atmosphere of Menorca

Investment
The investment for this project is € 10.250 + vat
Our coverage includes:
- Welcome Dinner — up to 3 hours of coverage
- Wedding Day — full 10 hours of coverage, with 2 videographers dedicated exclusively to the celebration
- Drone footage, where weather conditions and local regulations allow
- A complete cinematic narrative: a 1–2 minute trailer and a 13–15 minute documentary film
- Speeches videos
- Delivery in a handcrafted box with your USB pen drive
- Travel and accommodation expenses included
Guarantee:
- Every frame delivered meets the cinematic standard presented in the portfolio shared with you.
- We guarantee delivery of all videos within 4 months of the wedding date. Except in cases beyond our control, we will refund €100 for each day of delay in delivery.
- File Backup & Security: We always work with backup equipment and a file management system designed to minimize any risk, every clip is duplicated, reviewed, and archived with care.
- Discreet Direction, Natural Results: We guide the couple when it matters without sacrificing spontaneity. The goal is to make them feel at ease and capture genuine emotions, not staged shots.
A 40% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance is due 3 days before the event date.
